A former furniture factory in Moscow is turned into apartments by DNK Architecture Group. The prefabricated concrete panel structure building blocks are now brick clad and converted into double height apartments with mezzanines. The top attic floors have small terraces while the ground floor apartments have a small garden raised on a brick plinth.
Moscow furniture factory adaptively reused as an apartment.
