Aida Muluneh’s impactful depiction of water hygiene for women.

A Photography series showcasing the importance of clean water is set to open next month at London’s Somerset House. The powerful afro futurist photography, done by the famous artist Aida Muluneh is shot in the hot landscapes of Northern Ethiopia so as to take a step against a crucial issue of dearth of clean water which has a prolonged impact on the lives of women. Water availability might not look like a concern when world is turning into a global market but we are far from reality. The figures are a matter of concern in fact in some parts of the globe. Aida, whilst living in Ethiopia, has confronted such issues and thus expressed the hostilities in her work.
