Antoni Gaudi’s designed Sagrada Familia, has recently been granted building permit after 137 years by Barcelona’s city authority. It now has official permission from the local council that will allow the basilica to complete until 2026. Although, Sagrada Familia is in it’s last stage of construction, 70 percentage of it is complete, with 8 of it’s proposed 18 spires built. Gaudi worked on the project up until his death – current plan is to complete the building in time to celebrate the centenary of the architect’s death.
After 137 years, finally granted the building permission to Sagrada Familia.
