Plans are revealed to rejuvenate Esbjerg Bypark in Denmark by an architectural firm, Henning Larsen, winner of an open competition held for the same. The park will be nestled between the city’s commercial center and it’s working harbour, creates a green cultural framework for the flourishing city to grow into and will be an important step to strengthen the city’s cultural offerings and reshape its urban identity. Parks features include grassy amphitheatre and concrete bunkers, to create event and meeting spaces.
