The Edinburgh Art Festival is a visual arts festival held in Edinburgh, Scotland in August annually since 2004. The festival is an initiative to bring together national institutions, contemporary art spaces, art galleries, and individual artists. The month-long 16th edition of the festival opened on 25 July 2019 unites around 300 artists from all over the world and demonstrates the vitality of visual arts in Edinburgh.
