The second edition of the Okayama Art Summit is set to be held in Japan from September 27th to November 24th 2019. Theme for the contemporary art exhibition is “Se ill Serpente” meaning ‘IF THE SNAKE”. Pierre Hyughe, the director- artist has chosen to use the metaphor of the snake suspending its action with an “if”. The Uchisange Elementary School, Tenjinyama Cultural Plaza, The Oriental Museum, Okayama Castle and Hayashibara Art museum is where the Snake would be conceived.
