Mission Rock, a development project was finally initiated in San Francisco after taking almost 12 years in its making. The plan visions to transform 28 acres of land on the San Francisco waterfront into a mixed use neighbourhood which also includes 5 acres of Waterfront. The project is developed by San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer which also includes buildings by internationally renowned architecture firms like MVRDV, Studio Gang, Henning Larsen along with SCAPE who is looking after the waterfront scheme.
