Low-cost furniture is being designed by Studio Esrawe in Mexico which is planned to be used for social housing projects all over Mexico. Initially, the designs will be used in 32 houses in the city of Apan, gradually drafting them nationwide. The designs are simple, versatile made from wood and metal. Also, they are quite cheap and easy to assemble so that they can be manufactured anywhere in a standard workshop. The main aim is to improve the living conditions of the low- income workers of the country.
