The Miami based firm ‘Arquitectonica’ has won the American prize for Architecture for the year. Launched back in 1977 by Laurinda Spear and Bernardo Fort-Brescia is known for its ‘Trendsetting Modernist Miami-Style”. The firm has shaped Miami immensely and now is present in 59 countries in five continents. Designed a vast range of building typologies like hotels, condominium towers, resorts, casinos, retails centres to office buildings the firm has won hundreds of design awards and is continuing the legacy.
