South Korean artist Sun-Hyuk Kim’s main inspiration is a reflection of our relation with nature. He cuts, welds, melts and curves pipe and wires into sculptures of human anatomy and part twisted plant roots mimicking blood vessels that creates an outline of limbs, abdomens, faces, as well as the tree that seem to have germinated from them. His sculptures, paintings and installation tend to reveal the fragility and imperfections of modern man obsesses with greed and power.
