IKEA has teamed up with Olafur Eliasson and his project Little Sun for a global initiative to bring sustainable energy to the areas outside the electrical grid. The main objective is to bring a small device into every home that allows those who with or without traditional power resources to live more sustainably and be provided with light and power. A project titled SAMMANLÄNKAD, will release solar panels that can be attached and connected to windows, charging docks and lights that will provide energy solutions for both indoor and outdoor activities.
