Grafton Architects has won the RIBA 2020 Royal Gold Medal

RIBA Royal Gold Medal for the year 2020, the UK’s highest honour for architecture has been awarded to the Dublin based firm Grafton Architects. The awardee every year is personally selelcted by Her Majesty the Queen and this year it celebrates the significant global contribution of the practise in architecture and their well-known work in educational buildings. The name of the practise is originally inspired by the location of their initial office which was situated on Grafton Street in central Dublin.
