A conceptual proposal of a multifunctional hall is given by the Chiza Architecture Bureau in Baku, Azerbaijan located near the Heydar Aliyev Center. The building is designed to cater the social and business of the capital as it will be capable of hosting multiple social events like exhibitions, meetings, concerts, conferences etc. The building is designed with a lightweight façade designed out of copper panels forming displaced cubes.
