Mr. Vidhya Sagar Upadhyay is a Jaipur based artist, awarded with MFA in Painting by the University of Udaipur in 1970 and a PhD in Painting by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, in 1996. He has attended several art camps in India and abroad.
