Zakharchitects design a new reconfigurable furniture system.

Gate furniture system, is a new modular shelving system which can be reconfigured to form a variety of surfaces. It consists of groups of solid ash blades that can lie flat against the wall or can be unfolded to form shelves.  The wooden blades are pivoted by a means of the metal rod all together in different groups. The metal rods form the structure for the whole system. To assure the wooden sections stay in a vertically upright position a magnet is being installed in the battens which snap on whenever in connection with the metal rod. However, the main idea was to make the entire design flexible and could be used in any part of the world.
