London Design Festival has awarded the 2019 London Design Medal to Tom Dixon. The British festival has also commended Vivienne Westwood, Daniel Charny and Ross Atkin for their work and are receiving the Lifetime Achievement, Design Innovation and Emerging Design medals respectively. The most prestigious out of the four being the London Design Medal, it actually celebrates the aork of designers who have distinguished themselves within the industry and demonstrated consistent design excellence.
