The first all-electric Aston Martin has finally been unveiled, nearly four years after it was originally announced. The “Rapide E” officially debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show on Tuesday.
Rapide E has been designed to enhance and build on the feel, character, and delivery of the V12-engine Rapide AMR. It features a pair of electric motors sending 602bhp to the rear wheels and a 65kWh battery returns more than 200 miles. Only 155 will be made, and Aston Martin didn’t announce a price for the car.
