‘Wunderkammer’, the latest work of Italian designer Matteo Cibic is inspired by the pink city of Jaipur. The work is a collection of rugs which is a tribute to the colourful culture of Jaipur. Mainly depicting a contemporary version of ancient paintings and the sundials at Jantar Mantar, and jaipur’s exquisite architecture. The surreal carpets are a beautiful conversation of between the new and the conventional India.
