MAPAA designed a OFMA family office in Chile

OFMA, a family office for a father and son located on a hillside in Santiago, is a city famous for its wine production with huge vineyards and olive groves. The office is characterised by three concrete vaults, a form always being related to the wine and its cellar. The monolith structure system of three vaults has a central congregational space to host the clients as well the partners of the company. Located on the hillside, the office enjoys the views of a vineyard and an olive grove towards the north while extending distant city views.
